How & what

Before it starts!

Yes! You have decided to come for a sporty and adventurous outing on the mountain bike, and good preparation is half the work. How does this outing actually work and what is important to know or arrange in advance?

Reservation

To ensure that it never gets too crowded on the track, we have a reservation system, so it's important to make a reservation. This way, you are guaranteed your spot on the track, and of course a rental bike if you need one. You can easily reserve a day and time that suits you, packages, individual tickets, and rental equipment can all be reserved via the colored button in the bottom left corner of this screen.

E-tickets

Hooray! You have made a reservation, and you will receive the e-tickets directly to your email address after completion. For most items, payment is always made on site (except for gift cards, events, and children's lessons). With these tickets, you can check in and pay at the counter, we will then know exactly what has been reserved for you and ensure that you are quickly on your bike!

Participant form

Upon registration, you must be able to show a completed participant form to gain access to the route. This form is a liability waiver that informs you about the risks of mountain biking, the house and route regulations, common injuries, and your responsibilities.

The form is digital and must be completed once a year by adults, including any children <18 years. Personal data is not shared and is deleted annually.

First visit

Right. Reservation check ✔, Participant form check ✔, Check-in check ✔ and now?

When you visit us for the first time, we provide a comprehensive safety briefing. We will explain a number of things about the route, the signage, and the rules. We do this using the route map, an overview of the signs, and of course, we highlight important warnings and current events. Did you rent a bike? Then we will of course adjust it for you, and you will also receive an explanation about the bike, so you can set off prepared!

Take a break

When you book an entrance ticket for two hours, we don't expect you to keep going non-stop!

In the meantime, you can of course take a break and rest. You can decide anew at each round whether to leave the track. You can take a break in our cozy catering area, enjoy a hot chocolate, a cup of coffee, or a fresh panini while you rest! Prefer a short break in between? Along the route, you will find a number of picnic benches where you can also catch your breath.

First Aid

Mountain biking is a sport not without risks!

For this reason, we ensure that there are always experienced first aiders on site. Our staff are retrained annually and there is also a physiotherapist (n.p.) present in-house, first aid kits are available in several places on or near the site, as well as emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers or an AED. With these resources and knowledge, we ensure that you are in skilled hands in the event of an accident.
